Exchange Eligibility

Products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged item received
  • Manufacturing defect

Conditions

  • Product must be unused
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Exchangeable Items

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for exchange.
